Holiday Cottages in the Brecon Beacons

We had a lovely stay at Vale Farm Cottages. The location was great to explore the local area including walking Pen y Fan and visiting a Red Kite feeding farm. Cottage was clean, tidy and provided everything we needed, and we made full use of the swimming pool!

We stayed here for a week and didn't want to leave! Danielle was very welcoming, and nothing was too much for her .The location was stunning, the house was huge with all the home comforts added. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, walks from the front door, with the hot tub to sit in and watch the stars at night as well as the pool. Will most definitely be back!

Our whole family hired out all the cottages at Vale Farm for a week. We had the most wonderful week. The Farmhouse was absolutely beautiful following its renovation, it has everything you need and more. The hot tub is lovely and peaceful and the swimming pool so much fun! The cottages are clean and tidy with comfy beds & sofas. We were lucky to have beautiful weather and clear skies so we could star gaze at night. Danielle was friendly and helpful and came to unlock and lock pool daily and helped us on any information we needed. I cannot recommend Vale Farm enough it truly is amazing, and we can't wait to book again. 5 from us

Our accommodation was immaculate, we especially loved the extra touches on arrival with our name on the front door and Welsh cakes ready to eat. The cottage was very well equipped, had great storage and the views of the surrounding countryside were amazing. Danielle and Tom are very friendly and have a fantastic set up at Vale Farm. The pool was lovely and warm, the hot tub was great to use after a day of walking, and the changing rooms were clean and spacious. The cottage had a great handbook with recommendations of things to do, places to eat and important information about the farm and its surroundings. There is plenty of parking and we felt very secure during our stay. I would strongly recommend coming to the cottages and we will be returning in the very near future. We will also be looking at staying in the larger cottages with family and friends.

We stayed in Oak - amazing views of the Brecon Beacons. Very comfortable, clean accommodation. Owners very helpful - nothing is too much trouble. They have excellent knowledge of the surrounding area and recommended places to visit. We made good use of the swimming pool and hot tub. Nice little play area for children. Farm has its own trig point with stunning views.

Danielle and her family are brilliant hosts, always making time for all occupants of their fabulous Cottages even though they have a very busy life already on the farm. I have now been twice in 7 months and I'm already thinking of my next visit to 'the fabulous ' Vale Farm cottages.

We have been coming here for seven years, we have been to other places too. Nothing compares with the breaks that we have here.

We had booked out all the available accommodation apart from the farm house for a family gathering to celebrate my Mum's 80th birthday. We enjoyed the facilities including the pool, hot tubs, games and playpark - there was something for everyone. The views were amazing and the host welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the celebration.

This was our second time staying at Vale Farm and it was just as amazing. So calm and peaceful and the perfect place to recharge our batteries. Walnut was the perfect space for our family of four and the sun room was such a lovely space to sit and enjoy the views. It was clean, super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Vale Farm is the perfect base for exploring the Brecon Beacons and the pool and hot tub is great to come back to after a day of exploring. Thank you Danielle and Tom for another great stay!

Perfect location and accommodation for our short break. As soon as we arrived althugh it was slighty raining the view across the valley was stunning! The accommodation was clean and tidy and it was a nice surprise to have the been left the Welsh cakes and tea and coffee. The location of the accommodation was great for our visit to the Royal Welsh Show in Builth Wells. We also made a visit to the Elan Visitor Centre and the Caban Coch Dam. Brecon is close by and a great place to stock up on necessities. We made the most of our short break to explore, relax and have fun in the pool. Thank you to Tom and Danielle for a lovely, well earned break. We have already booked for next year!
