Oak

Vale Oak features a huge open-plan living space with exposed beams, creating a cosy and traditional barn conversion feel. The living room includes three comfy sofas, a large TV with Amazon Fire Stick, Wi-Fi, and a log burner as the centrepiece (logs are provided throughout your stay). There’s also a sunroom with soft seating and spectacular views across the farm and Brecon Beacons, the perfect spot to unwind. A cloakroom WC is also available off the main living area.

The spacious kitchen includes a full-sized fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, and dishwasher. A large dining table makes it ideal for group meals, and there’s enough space to host larger gatherings if you're staying with guests across multiple cottages.

Vale Oak has three bedrooms, sleeping up to 7 guests:

• Bedroom 1: Family room with a double bed and single bed, plus ensuite shower room
• Bedroom 2: King zip-and-link bed, which can be configured as two 3/4 singles or a twin
• Bedroom 3: Double bed

All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and a travel cot and highchair are available free of charge on request.

Accessed via an external staircase, Oak is situated on the first floor, with all living space on one level. The sunroom offers some of the best views on the farm, and dogs are welcome — up to three dogs can stay at Vale Oak.
