Vale Rowan’s open-plan living area features three comfy sofas, a large TV with Amazon Fire Stick, Wi-Fi throughout, and expansive windows offering breathtaking views of the Brecon Beacons. French doors open directly onto the garden and hot tub area, making it an ideal space for both relaxing and entertaining.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a range electric oven and hob, full-sized dishwasher, American-style fridge freezer, and a separate drinks fridge — perfect for family meals or group celebrations. A large dining table sits at the heart of the room, great for gathering everyone together.

Rowan sleeps up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms, offering maximum flexibility:

• Bedroom 1 (ground floor): Superking zip-and-link (can be a twin)
• Bedroom 2 (ground floor): Double bed with built-in wardrobe
• Bedroom 3 (lower floor): Family room with two Superking zip-and-link beds (can be up to 4 singles)
• Bedroom 4 (lower floor): Small single room
  This cottage can be set up with up to 7 single beds, perfect for walking groups or families.

There is a wet-room style shower room just off the utility area, a main bathroom with a bath on the ground floor, and stair gates provided for families with young children. Two travel cots and highchairs are available on request, free of charge.

Rowan features a private, gated garden with a lawned area, outdoor seating, and a private 4-person hot tub overlooking the Brecon Beacons, all included in your stay. The no-step entry makes access easy, and the enclosed garden is ideal for children or dogs. There’s private parking for three cars, and Rowan welcomes up to three dogs.
