Vale Walnut is our most accessible cottage, designed for ease and comfort without compromising on charm. With two bedrooms and a wet room-style bathroom, this dog-friendly cottage suits families, small groups or guests with limited mobility. The sunroom is a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy far-reaching views, and the open-plan kitchen and living area includes everything you need: oven, hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, smart TV and Wi-Fi. The enclosed courtyard is ideal for dogs and children.

Key Information
Vale Walnut features a sunroom with stunning views across the farm, perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying breakfast with a view. The adjoining open-plan living area has high vaulted ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and a cosy feel throughout. It includes three comfy sofas, a large TV with Amazon Fire Stick, and a log burner for those chilly evenings. Logs are provided free of charge during your stay.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, and fridge with ice box. A dining area is located in the sunroom, providing a bright and peaceful spot to enjoy meals.
Downstairs, there’s a king-sized bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, next to a wet room style bathroom featuring an open shower and grab handles for accessibility. Upstairs is a cosy loft-style bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children (note: low ceilings). There is also a small cloakroom toilet upstairs. Stair gates are provided at both the top and bottom of the stairs. A travel cot and highchair are available free of charge on request.
Walnut has its own gated courtyard with a high wall, great for letting dogs out safely or enjoying a quiet moment outdoors. It’s the most accessible cottage on the farm, with no-step entry and wide-opening doors. Vale Walnut is dog-friendly for up to two dogs.
